Please note: Holistic Health Counseling is not therapy and I am not a therapist. This program does not concern itself with resolving deep-seated psychological issues. It is, rather, focused, individualized work with a motivated adult who wants to change their life for the better and needs accountability, support, and guidance on their journey.
